What would Jesus drive if He were alive?
No big SUV, the size of a tree
No gas guzzlin' hog, makin' lots of smog
An efficient machine, to keep God's air clean.
I want clean fresh air, and people to care
I need room to breathe and not to be squeezed
By a system so skewed, we mostly get screwed!
It hardly seems fair - can't we all have our share?
What would Jesus drive if He were alive?

Amid so much need, some live just for greed
They never have enough - that's got to be tough!
But not near as hard as being behind bars,
Or living your life as a beaten down wife.

I don't want war all the time and all of this crime
I need peace of mind and folks to be kind.
We don't need so much, we just need to touch
That place inside, where peace resides.
